Adam Fritach (or Freitag) (Torun, 1608 - Kedainiai, 1650) was one of the most famous mathematicians and Polish military architects. Prussian of birth, was at the service of Waladislaus Sigismund of Poland. Lauratosis in medicine and philosophy, then mathematics teacher at the University of Kiejdany (Lithuania) and the personal doctor of Prince Janusz Radziwill is considered one of the largest military architecture specialists of the 1600s (famous his conception of Heusden's Dutch Fortress). Its treaty, extremely specialized and detailed, has a binding in parchment coevia.
