Coffarte Sicily

Upholstery in wrinkled black eco leather and hand-sewn fringe on the edge in houndstooth fabric, pleated with central insert and lincon relief, two ovals in a metal frame on the sides; stone coffarte branding sewn on the flounce and bell closure.

Ancient stonemason craftsman (albeit young in age), from expert hands, he learned the craftsmanship and the creation of computerized cnc, sculpting rare objects on Comiso stone and forming part of the COFFARTE coffees. From here the work and the realization of SICILIAN COFFEE develops, artifacts on Sicilian traditions. His intent is to revive today the sense of typicality of a beautiful, ancient and modern Sicily at the same time. 

Coffarte is a creative brand of excellence, a combination of Art, Culture, Fashion and tradition that joins Sicilian craftsmanship giving life to pure expressiveness. Entirely produced in Italy (Sicily).

Le Coffe di COFFARTE

The interweaving between and stone is the combination of COFFARTE, Art, Tradition and Passion; the texture of the crow's nest which intertwines, as a decoration, with the cnc carved rosette. Precious decorations of which all COFFARTE branded creations are made.  Unique handcrafted collections, born from the encounter between ancient knowledge, natural materials, technologies and modern taste. Unrepeatable details and refined materials that come together in the new COFFARTE collection.

Comiso stone

“Comiso stone has a pale yellow-gold color which in the sun acquires an indescribable opulence: tender enough to allow an elaborate cut, it can also be left almost bare, so as to give free rein to the multiple language of matter”  The formation dates back to the Late Oligocene (37-38 million years ago). It is located in the hills above the city of Comiso, presenting itself in various layers of varying quality, from the most porous to the most compact structure. The extraction is done in 'open-cast' quarries.
