An expression of quality craftsmanship, it was produced by Leopoldo Virgili, under the guidance of the architect Marcello Piacentini. The company founded in Cascina in 1880 produced furnishings for Versilia and for many ministerial offices during the Fascist period. The Pisa station was also supplied with these furnishings. All this led to a very rich creative repertoire of Cascina's furniture business, the memory of which is preserved in the iconographic archive. Approximately 3,000 fine drawings, ornate and inlaid elements, applicable sculptural works.
